Winfit - Exercise Testing for Windows

Purpose:

General information: Winfit is intended as an exercise motivational
"tool." A fitness "baseline" from which change can be measured is
created. Tests included estimate maximum oxygen consumption (for
cardiovascular fitness), and body fat percentage (using girths, or
skinfolds). Body mass index, waist/hip ratio, ideal body weight, and
training heart rate are calculated.

Test batteries: Classifications (based on age and sex) are included.
The classifications are derived from the YMCA, the ACSM, and the
Canadian Standardized Test of Physical Fitness, test batteries intended
for "apparently healthy" people (note: these organizations do not
endorse/advocated this product in any shape or form.) The United States
Army's Physical Fitness Test, and a "practical" test are also included.

Intended audience: Individual's wanting to stay motivated towards their
fitness goals will find the 2 user version of Winfit useful (price $25).
A "professional" version (unlimited test subjects, one computer, $150),
and a "club" version (unlimited test subjects, unlimited computers, one
location, price $250) will also be available.

Installation:
Unzip the files in wf20.zip, run setup.exe from within Windows,
If running Win95 ignore the messege to install "Share.exe /l:500" in
your startup files.

This program requires VBRUN300.DLL which is not included because of
its size. It is available from the Simtel.Net as vbrun300.zip. It
