* Visit www.rivertree1.com for the latest version
  of RiverTree Help Desk.

* 2-STEP Update or Installation

1. Run this setup program once.  
   If multiple people will be using this software,
   choose an installation folder on your network.

2. Find and run the program.
   For each workstation, use Explorer to locate
   the application file (RTHelpDesk.exe).

   Double-click the application file (RTHelpDesk.exe).
   Doing so will update or install the proper settings
   for that workstation.

* CLIENT/SERVER database engine.
  For superior database performance, contact RiverTree
  for an evaluation version of Advantage Database Server
  for Microsoft NT or Novell Netware.

* INTERNET-ENABLE RiverTree Help Desk.
  To access your Help Desk data over the internet,
  contact RiverTree for an evaluation version of
  Advantage Internet Server.
  
* This trial of the 'Enterprise' will become the
  'Express' edition after 30 days.  Express is free
  to use as long as you like.
