@CLS@@X0B Intelec is sending the QWK's directly to the Planet Connect satellite
uplink BBS. As such if you're receiving Intelec via the Planet Connect
satellite feed, we offer you one of two options. If you already have a
hub you can option to use that hub to upload your BBS's reply packets.
In most cases you must [carefully] maintain two separate config files,
one for import and one for export, since the packets coming down from
the satellite have the "host bbs" conference numbers and your hub will
most likely have different conference numbers. But...
Your other option is to use the Intelec Net Host BBS (Intelec Online)
as your uplink BBS. This option has three advantages, first, since the
satellite packets are with this system's conference numbers, you would
only need the 1 config file. Secondly, by calling the Intelec Host BBS
directly you are assured the hub will not "disappear". Lastly, you can
be sure you will get the freshest mail possible. But this option comes
with a price... Since we are sending the packets directly to the P.C.
uplink BBS we are going to try to offset this expense by charging the
satellite SysOps using the Intelec Host BBS a modest, annual fee of $2
per month - payable $24 yearly). We're asking for partial year payment
so that all accounts due are all due at the same time, the end of the
year, since we do not want an accounting nightmare created over this.
For new members (only) this fee is in addition to the application fee.
