What's new in 1.0 version :

now you can display a header before your datas

now you can display a footer after your datas

now you can put a 'm' or a 'M' before a number in the "Number:" string 
and it will recognized as THE mobile number (the 'm' is removed). 
any other mobile number will be ignored.

now you can put a 'f' or a 'F' before a number in the "Number:" string 
and it will recognized as THE fax number (the 'f' is removed). 
any other fax number will be ignored.

now you can put a 'j' or a 'J' before a number in the "Number:" string 
and it will recognized as THE job number (the 'j' is removed). 
any other job number will be ignored.

now tpl files can be used both under Linux and DOS without recoding
end of lines (CR-LF for DOS, LF for Linux) 

some ready-made tpl files have been added in the tpl directory
for generating win98(.csv) or Mozilla(.ldif) address-books
