      Important instructions:
      =======================
         - If you are having problems settings up your Maxi Sound card and you
           have a PnP BIOS on your machine, you may have to disable it in the CMOS
           settings. Consult your machine's manual or the manufacturer to get
           information on disabling your PnP BIOS. (In many BIOS, you have to set
           "PnP OS installed" to Yes)

         - For Maxi Sound 64 Pnp and Maxi Sound 64 Home Studio cards (with a Crystal chip)
           - When installing "MAXI Sound 64" device, choose "I/O Address" and "Interrupt"
             same as "Dream 9407" tabs in "CrystalWare(TM) Audio Driver" dialogbox.
             => If no parameters are supplied, choose free onces.
           - When installing "MPU401 for Daughter Board Support" device, choose the same
             parameters as "MPU-401" tabs in "CrystalWare(TM) Audio Driver" dialogbox.
             => If no IRQ is supplied in CrystalWare MPU-401 Parameters, install your
                Daughter board on a free IRQ (in any case different to Dream 9407 IRQ).
             NOTE: Install the "MPU401 for Daughter Board Support" device only if you
                   have a Daughter Board. Otherwise, it will reserve an unused IRQ.
