------------------------
This program allows you to change the date and time

You can select either a file at a time (including
drag & drop), or an entire directory.

Can be used to mark a file or group of files with a
common date and time. Examples:
  - for special effects (your birthday/2010)
  - your developer program(s), release date & version

This program has been tested on Windows 3.x/WfWG, Windows 95/98,
Windows NT 3.51/4.0, and OS/2 2.1 (WIN 3.1 session).

Installation
------------
To install this software simply create a new directory on
your hard drive (a suggestion for a directory name is
FDTSTAMP), and copy/extract the distribution files into it.
There will be seven (7) component files extracted:
  - FDTSTAMP.EXE, the 'stamper' application
  - BWCC.DLL, Borland's 3D-controls DLL file
  - FDTSTAMP.HLP, reference guide Windows help file
  - FDTSTAMP.ICO, an icon file
  - FDTSTAMP.INI, configuration settings file
  - README.TXT, this read-me file
  - LICENSE.TXT, standard disclaimer, legal rights, etc.

You can then simply run the FDTSTAMP.EXE program
from within this directory.
