2.0 Known Issues
=================

2.1 If one or more files could not be decrypted, the file display
    screen will not appear.
    -------------------------------------------------------------
If an encrypted email was not decrypted properly, an error
message will appear. However, the EP Email Windows Explorer
screen will not display and any message in the body of the
text will not open in Notepad.
WORKAROUND: Use Windows Explorer and navigate where the files
    were extracted.

2.2 Recipient's instruction message may not be lined up properly.
    --------------------------------------------------------------
This only appears if the sender sent encrypted email from
Outlook 97. When a recipient receives an encrypted email, the
instructional message does not wrap correctly. The line
    breaks are irregular.
NOTE: A fix will be implemented for the future version.

2.3 EP Email will allow you to install on a computer without
    MS Outlook installed.
    ---------------------------------------------------------
EP Email currently does not defect if MS Outlook is installed.
This means that About and Help file will be listed on the
Start short-cut menu, however, EP Email will only run if MS
    Outlook is installed.
WORKAROUND: Install MS Outlook first and then install EP Email
program. A fix will be implemented in futures version to
detect whether MS Outlook is present.

2.4 The Password Manager icon may not display unless Outlook
    window is maximized.
    -----------------------------------------------------------
When the MS Outlook email program is open, EP Email Password
Manager icon may not display at the tool unless the window
screen is maximized. This is a random occurrence that appears
    only on some computers.
WORKAROUND: The Outlook window screen should always be
maximized when you need to click on the Password Manager icon
    to make changes.

3.0 Defect Fixes

    Server.
    -----------------------------------------------------------

Exchange Server set up as their email service experienced a
crash when clicking the Send button. This problem has been
fully resolved with this latest build.

characters in passwords, subject line and in body of the
    message.
    ---------------------------------------------------------
Users can now encrypt an email message with foreign
language characters in the password, subject line and in body
of the message (such as , , , , ), the recipient is able
to decrypt the message without an error message.

    products, including EP Folders.
    --------------------------------------------------------------

continuously installed and uninstalled EP Email on the same
computer. This known issue is now fixed in this release.

3.4 The tab functionality in the Encrypt and Send screen is now
    working properly with this version.
    ----------------------------------------------------------
When you choose to send an email, the EP Email Encrypt and
Send screen will appear. The tab key will move the selection
    from one option to another.

3.5 After uninstalling EP Email, the program will force the machine
to reboot, which will remove all information in memory.
   -------------------------------------------------------------
Once the program is uninstall, it will reboot the machine which
will then remove items such as the About and Help file at the
   Start short-cut menu.

3.6-The EP Email key icon is now synchronized with the Encryption
    Plus tab options.
    -------------------------------------------------------------
For EP Email Outlook, the key icon is now synchronized with
the Encryption Plus tab options under the Tools pull-down menu
    Options selection of MS Outlook.

3.7-An incorrect error message no longer appears when emails are
    sent encrypted with attachments only.
    -------------------------------------------------------------
When the EP Email program was set to only encrypt attachments,
