1. Purpose:
	Share finder is a tool for System Administrators to examine
	what is being shared on their networks.  With the popularity 
	of mp3's and the easy access to high bandwith connections, the 
	chances for files being shared on one's network that violate 
	copyright laws is increasing everyday.  With this tool, System 
	Administrators can search their network for any Windows 
	Network Neighboorhood shares that might be in violation of any 
	copyright laws and step in before it becomes a problem.

2. System Requirements:	
	Any computer that runs Windows 9x/2000/NT 4.0 should run 
	this software just fine.	
	Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Module needed (not included)

3. Special Setup and Installation Procedures:
	Unzip package to the desired directory, and double click
	executable to run.

4. How to use:
	-To scan for shares:
		Enter the ip range to scan in the appropriate boxes
		Select a drive to map to under "FILE"
		Press the "SCAN" button
		Select "SAVE SHARES LIST" under "FILE"

	-To search shared folders:
		Under "TOOLS" choose "FILE FINDER"
		Select "SCAN LIST OF SHARES"
		Load a list of shares
		Select the file pattern to search for
		Under "FILE" select the drive letter to use
		Check the "SEARCH SUB DIRECTORIES" box
		Press the "FIND THEM" button
		Save the results under "FILE"

5. Share Finder Change Log: 

Share Finder v1.35
	-Bug fixes a plenty 
	-Added graphical fixes/features(some scroll bars, and 
	 refreshes)
	-Added/Tested class B subnet scan and other features that 
	 will be in the Retail version.
	-This was pre-Shareware release

Share Finder v1.36
	-Runs on Windows 95/Windows 98/Win NT/Windows 2000(if you want 
	 the unix version let me know)
	-Bug Fixes(minor ones)
	-Fixed some of the typos and grammar errors
	-Decide to release it to the public as shareware, seemed that
	 about 50 people(that i knew) already had it, so what the heck,
	 give it to everyone.
	-Rewrote the C++ socket controls(lost the original code),
	 by doing this you can no-longer scan for printers and other
	 devices. Only shared drives! (still handles NDS CONTAINERS
	 and WIN2000 network stuff)
	-Took out Class B subnet scan and port scanner and password
	 cracker.(Moved them to retail version)
	-Removed GMC (God Mode Code) for those who know this code,
	 Just write me and I'll send you a copy of the retail version.
	 And the new GMC.
	-Removed 90% of the easter eggs(Sorry guys).

6. Known Problems:

	1. Share Finder has a graphic refresh problem when searching
	   for files, though in the retail version this is fixed, just
	   haven't gotten around to fixing the shareware version.
	2. Typos and misspellings.
	3. Very limited error checking.

9. Warranty
	You're a big boy now and should know not to run with scissors. 
	The authors of this package take no responsibility for any 
	problems that come about from using this software.  
	This covers:
  		-Crashing your computer
  		-Arrest
  		-Reduced Sperm Count
  		-Injury
  		-Death and Dismemberment
		-Siezures or any other medical conditions	
	This software has been test under various circumstances and 
	has worked with no problems.  If it doesn't work it must be 
	your fault.  Inform the authors of any problems and we will 
	look into the situation.  Remember though, it is your fault.
