1. Purpose

The purpose of this software package is to demonstrate some of the
capabilities of Forward Loop Software's "TimeZones" ActiveX control.
The program allows you to select the nearest major city in your time
zone and four other cities of the world, then it continuously displays
the local date and time for all five.

2. Installation

If you have the .zip version of this package, unzip the contents into
a temporary directory, run the setup.exe file, and follow the
directions.

If you have the self-extracting .exe version of this package, run it
and follow the directions.  This will copy the files to a directory you
specify and automatically run the setup.exe file.

3. Status of Software

This program is freeware.

4. Distribution Status

You may copy and distribute this program to others, but only in its
original form, i.e. the complete .zip file or the complete self-
extracting .exe file.
