Rabid Rainbow is a musically interactive screen saver for your
Windows 9x PC. Rabid Rainbow will interact with .wav files, MP3 audio files,
Real Audio, CDs, MIDI, and just about any music you can play on your computer.

Requirements:
Rabid Rainbow uses components that are standard with Windows 95 and 98, so the only
file that is required is the .scr or screensaver file. The only other requirement is
a soundblaster or similar soundcard. If your soundcard displays a WAV output graph on
the mixer control(double click on the speaker icon on your task bar), it should work.
If it doesn't have an output graph, chances are it won't work.

Installation Directions:
Copy the Rabid Rainbow.scr file to your C:\Windows directory. This should be the
directory where all the other .scr files(screensavers) are located. If you go into
the start|settings|control panel|display menu, you should then be able to select Rabid Rainbow
from the list of screensavers. The screen saver will automatically work with
.wav, Real Audio and MP3 audio, but to use MIDI, Auxilliary input, or CDs, you must
make sure that the source you are using has been selected as the recording input on your
sound card mixer control. If you have no music playing the screen will be blank when the
screen saver activates.
